Lavnaqe Return and Exchange Policy

Welcome to Lavnaqe! To protect your legal rights and clarify the procedures for returns and exchanges, we have established the following policy. Please read it carefully.

1. Basic Order Cancellation and Return Principles

  1. All order cancellations and return requests must be approved in writing by Lavnaqe. You can submit your request via our official customer service email at service@mail.lavnaqe.com or contact our customer service hotline at 19292448034 for the relevant process (customer service hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM UTC+8:00).
  2. Cancellations without written approval will be rejected, and the order will proceed as normal. Products returned without approval will be refused and sent back to your delivery address, with all associated costs borne by you.
  3. Orders can be edited or modified within 12 hours of placement. After 12 hours, cancellations or returns will follow the corresponding rules.

2. Product Defects and Inspection Period

  1. Please inspect your products within 14 calendar days of receiving your package. If you find minor defects or stains, please immediately contact us through the customer service channels mentioned above and provide clear photos/videos as evidence. We will offer solutions such as replacements or refunds.
  2. Defect or stain issues reported after the 14-day inspection period will be considered as damage caused during use, and we will not bear responsibility for these cases.

3. Cancellation Rules and Fees for Different Scenarios

(a) Cancellation Before Shipping Label Creation:
If the order has been placed but the shipping label has not been generated, we will provide a full refund with no processing fees upon cancellation.

(b) Cancellation Before Shipment (Shipping Label Created):
If the shipping label has been created but the item has not yet shipped, a 10% processing fee of the original order value will apply. The remaining amount will be refunded after approval.

(c) Cancellation After Shipment:
Once the product has been shipped, it cannot be held back. You may choose one of the following options:

(d) Cancellation After Delivery (Unopened Package):
If the package is delivered within 14 calendar days and remains unopened, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide photos/videos as proof that the package is unopened. Once approved, you will need to return the unopened package at your own cost. After inspection, a 20% restocking fee will apply, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

(e) Post-Use Cancellation (Non-Quality Issues):

  1. If you request cancellation for personal reasons (including but not limited to: no longer needed, wrong size, not liking the product, or rejecting compensation for minor shipping damage) within 30 calendar days after delivery, the following conditions must be met: Provide clear photos/videos of the product and original packaging in good condition. Obtain written return authorization from customer service. Return the product with complete packaging at your own expense.
  2. Return requests for non-quality issues beyond 30 calendar days will not be accepted. A 25% restocking fee will apply, and the remaining amount will be refunded after inspection.
