If the package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information, any additional shipping charges for re-delivery will be borne by you.

  1. The default delivery method is "No Signature Required." The logistics personnel will deliver the package directly once they confirm the shipping address is correct.
  2. If you require "Signature Confirmation" service (available for FedEx orders only), please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of placing your order.
