Lavnaqe Product Warranty Policy
Thank you for choosing Lavnaqe for your niche department store products (including home decor, personal care, and storage items). We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and services, and have established this warranty policy to protect your legal rights.
1. Warranty Scope and Duration
- Warranty Coverage: This policy applies to all authentic products under the Lavnaqe brand. It covers functional failures or performance defects due to issues with the product itself (not caused by human damage).
- Warranty Duration: All products come with a one-year (12 months) free warranty service starting from the date you sign for the package. During the warranty period, we will provide free repairs, replacement parts, or replacements with the same model (the specific solution will be based on the evaluation by our customer service).
2. Non-Warranty Coverage
The following cases are not covered by the free warranty service. If you need repairs, you can contact customer service for a paid repair solution:
- Products beyond the one-year warranty period;
- Damage caused by human factors, including but not limited to: improper use, dropping, collision, compression, unauthorized disassembly/modification, or errors during operation;
- Damage caused by external environmental factors, including but not limited to: fire, flooding, earthquakes, lightning strikes, unstable voltage, chemical corrosion, or other force majeure or accidental events;
- Normal wear and tear, scratches, or fading of the product's appearance (as long as it does not affect the product's functionality);
- Non-Lavnaqe genuine products, or products where the serial number or anti-counterfeit label has been altered, damaged, or is unidentifiable;
- Damage caused during transportation (please contact customer service regarding transportation damage within 14 calendar days after receiving the package; after this period, it will be considered as the product being received in good condition).
3. Warranty Application Process
- Application Timeframe: Please contact customer service to apply for a warranty service within the warranty period after discovering the product's quality issue. Applications made after the warranty period will not be accepted.
- Required Materials: When contacting customer service, please provide the following information for quick processing: ① Order number; ② Product receipt date; ③ Clear photos/videos of the product’s issue (showing the product’s appearance and malfunction clearly); ④ Your name and contact details.
- Customer Service Review: Our customer service team will review your application during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM UTC+8:00). Once approved, we will send you the specific warranty solution and the return address/shipping instructions.
- Returning the Product: Please follow the instructions provided by customer service to return the product in good packaging to the designated address. For warranty issues during the warranty period, the return shipping costs will be covered by us. If the product is found not to be within the warranty scope after review, you will be responsible for the return shipping and any subsequent processing fees.
- Repair/Replacement and Return: Once we receive the returned product, we will complete testing, repair, or replacement within 7-10 business days. After the process is completed, the product will be shipped back to you via courier (we will cover the return shipping).
4. Additional Information
- You may request to edit/change your order information within 12 hours of placing the order. If the product information related to the warranty needs modification, it must be done within this time frame. After the time limit, the warranty eligibility will be based on the original order information.
- Warranty services are provided only to the original purchaser and are non-transferable to third parties.
- If the same model product is discontinued, we will replace it with another product of equal value (to be confirmed with you).
